jessie coffield
Jessie Coffield is a former Division I college lacrosse player. She was captain of the Boston College Women’s Lacrosse team for the 2012-2013 season. She was also awarded the Chevrolet Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Week in 2011. She graduated from Boston College in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Communications.

Brendan Nichtern
Despite his relatively young age, Brendan Nichtern has rewritten the lacrosse record books at Army West Point. Not only did he set the program’s single-season assists record, but he also tied the point total of Lyle Thomspon and Josh Zawada.
As a freshman in 2019, he was a key contributor to the Patriot League’s top scoring offense. He was named the PLL Offensive Player of the Year for the second consecutive season. He also ranks in the top 10 in the country in assists per game, goals per game, and points per game.
Not only is he one of the best freshmen in the country, he is a top five candidate for college lacrosse’s most important award: the MVP. He’s also a two-time Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week, and has 23 goals and 35 assists on the season.
Not only is he a high-level passer, but he also has a great shot. He scored seven goals against Penn State last weekend.
Matt Brandau
Yale Bulldogs’ freshman Matt Brandau is one of the top 5 college lacrosse players in the country. In fact, he was named Player of the Week and was the first Yale freshman to score more than two goals in a game. His five-point performance against Cornell earned him Ivy League Player of the Week honors.
When he blew by his defender, he showed off a unique skill: a slick goal. He tucked the ball from inside the cage. This is one of the many things he has done throughout his career.
Brandau is not only one of the best players in the Ivy League, but he also has one of the most impressive resumes in the country. His impressive numbers include a 3.47 goals per game, and an assist rate of 2.60.
He is also a feared close defenseman. In his first year, Brandau started every game and recorded 17 groundballs, four caused turnovers and three goals. He is a legitimate All-American candidate.
Logan Wisnausk
The Tewaaraton Award is given annually to the best male and female college lacrosse players in the United States. The winner is chosen by a panel of premier college coaches. Wisnauskas is the third Maryland player to win the award.
He finished his career as one of the top five college lacrosse players in NCAA history. He led the Terps to the national championship in 2021. He was also named an Under Armour All-American. His 61 goals and 42 assists in 2022 helped him break Maryland’s single-season record. He became the all-time goal-scorer in NCAA history.
In addition to winning the Tewaaraton Award, Logan Wisnauskas was named to the All-American Team and the USILA All-Tournament team. He was also a unanimous selection as an All-Big Ten.
After leading the Terps to an 18-0 season, Wisnauskas was named the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year. He was also awarded USILA’s Raymond J. Enners Outstanding Player of the Year.
